Respetar a los vecinos. Para mantener una buena convivencia es fundamental el respeto. Por ello, se exige,

a)-no escuchar música con volumen alto (es permitida la música y el volumen moderado que no genere molestias a los vecinos. Si un vecino se siente incómodo por el volumen, deberán responder por ello).

b)-Se prohíben fiestas dentro de la propiedad. Está absolutamente prohibido el ingreso de personas que no sean las registradas en el contrato.

c)- Se prohíben los ruidos molestos después de medianoche (llámese ruidos molestos a todo sonido que quite o pueda perturbar la paz y tranquilidad de los vecinos)

Respetar normas vigentes por el estado. Cabe destacar la importancia del cumplimiento de las medidas de higiene y protocolos por Covid-19, y también las restricciones que puedan prevalecer al momento de firmar el contrato.
